This is my first review of a real estate project. I had recently booked a plot at Spa Eco City. I am very pleased with the site visit arranged by the sales representative. Although at the start I was very apprehensive about the distance of the main Bangalore city from the current location of Spa Eco City, after a brief discussion with the sales representative, I went ahead and booked the plot nonetheless. Spa Eco City consists of 300 villas plots. Each plot comes with 2 & 3 bhk units and the size ranges from 1500 Sqft to 5400 Sqft. As an industrial town, Spa Eco city is spread over 40 acres of vast and spacious land. Don’t worry about the space and congestion here like in urban Bangalore. Spa Eco City is a DTCP approved plotted development project. The amenities are also very good here. It is very children and old-people friendly. Spa Eco City has wide varieties of children-friendly amenities such as Swimming pool, Kids Pool, Indoor Badminton Court, Landscaped outdoor Banquet Lawn, Rainshower, Dry Skating Rink, Rock Climbing and many others. In the vicinity, there are many civic amenities such as reputed educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, ATM’s and retail stores. As a futuristic community, Spa Eco City has been designed to cover maximum connectivity. It is very conveniently located near prime centers such as the upcoming Infosys campus, Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, only 30 minutes from the upcoming Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road and 20 minutes drive from renowned hospitals like Narayana Hrudralaya, Columbia Asia & Sparsh. Sarjapur is getting its IT SEZ very soon as Infosys has already acquired 202 acres of land. It is very conveniently located near prime centers such as the upcoming Infosys campus, Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, only 30 minutes from the upcoming Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road and 20 minutes’ drive from renowned hospitals like Narayana Hrudralaya, Columbia Asia & Sparsh. Sarjapur road is one of the prime real estate centers since there are many IT/ITES companies located here. In the years to come, the value of the property is soon going to appreciate since there are many projects happening in the off Sarjapura road this area is rapidly developing.
